Initial public release. Everything below is available now in the app, with no paywall.
- Guest mode. Open the app and start logging with no signup. Workouts stay on your device until you choose to create a free account for cloud backup.
- Active workout logging. Record weight, reps, and RIR or RPE for every set. Mark warmups, working sets, and dropsets. Add or remove exercises mid-session.
- Rest timer. A timer starts automatically when you finish a set so you stay on pace between sets.
- Workout templates. Start from built-in splits like Push/Pull/Legs, or build and save your own custom templates with prescribed exercises and sets.
- Training programs. Run multi-block schedules with training and rest days. Includes 3 built-in programs, 7 templates to start from or customize.
- Exercise library. Browse 334 built-in exercises for strength, calisthenics, and cardio, or create your own custom exercises.
- Home dashboard. See today's workout, weekly volume, personal records, activity charts, and bodyweight trends on the overview screen.
- Plate calculator. Figure out which plates to load on each side for your working weight. Switch between lb and kg in Account settings.
- CSV export. Download your set history as a spreadsheet-friendly CSV file from Account settings.
- Cloud sync. Sign up for a free account to back up workouts to the cloud and sync across devices.
