Getting started

Do I need an account?

No. Open the app and start logging in guest mode. Create a free account later if you want cloud backup. Read guest mode.

How do I log a workout?

  • Go to Workout in the app.
  • Start an empty session or pick a template or program day.
  • Enter weight, reps or hold time, and RPE for each set.
  • Finish the session to save it to your history.

Where is the plate calculator?

Open Account in the app. The plate calculator is in the tools panel alongside unit and intensity settings.

Programs and templates

What is the difference?

Templates are single workouts with exercises, sets, and reps. Programs chain templates across multiple weeks with training and rest days. Start from built-in options or build your own.

How do I run today's workout?

If you have an active program, the dashboard shows today's session. Tap it to start logging with exercises pre-loaded.

Progress and data

Where are my PRs?

Open Progress in the app for personal records, volume charts, and cardio totals.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Download CSV from Account settings. See CSV export.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account and use the account deletion option. This removes cloud data associated with your account.

Settings

  • Switch between lb and kg in Account.
  • Choose RIR or RPE as your default intensity metric.
  • Change appearance theme from Account tools.
